The Constitution of India is a law in India. A Constitution is a packet of rules and regulations guiding the administration of a country. Indian Constitution is the longest constitution in all over the world with 395 Article and 12 Schedules. These 395 Articles arranged under 22 parts and 8 Schedules. Indian Constitution is the only one constitution in the world which was Handwritten completely in two Language : Hindi and English.
Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar is the father of Indian Constitution .He was written the Indian constitution from inspired the members of Dalit Buddhist Movement and campaign against social discrimination towards the untouchables (Dalit). The Constitution of India was passed on January 26, 1949 and was fully implemented in 1950. Indian Constitution took 2 years ,11 months and 18 days to build .
Constitution protect our rights. It gives us freedom of every task. Keeping in mind the needs of the people, the government should regularly organise the assembly and make necessary changes in the Constitution. Changing in constitution is not easy , it takes lot of time. But, with the changing time people want necessary changes in the Constitution. About 1 crore was spent in making the Indian Constitution. Even after the Indian Constitution came , more than 100 amendment have been made in it.
The form of the Indian Constitution that we see is not the result of just one persons, but the results of the tireless efforts of many peoples. But , apart from them , many people have done remarkable work . In this connection , it can be said that without these people’s , the constitutional work is incomplete.

Right to Equality
Right to Equality refer to the the equal treatment to all the person without any dissemination.It is one of the most important part of our Indian Constitution, which gives strength to all those who belong to Indian nationality.
Right to Freedom
The right to freedom include freedom of speech and expression. Right to freedom is the power or right to act, speak , or think as one wants without hindrance. It is also one of the most important part of our constitution because it prevalence of these freedom that make democracy purposeful.
Right against exploitation
The Right against exploitation enshrined in the Indian Constitution guarantees dignity of the individual. It form of forced labour , child labour and trafficking of human being.
Right to religious freedom
According to right to religious freedom , Every individual have a freedom to change his religion or belief the religion .
Right related to culture and organisations
Cultural right are right related to art and culture , both understand in a large sence.
Right to Constitution remedies
Right to Constitution remedies empowers the citizens to move to a court of law in case of any denial of the fundamental rights.
The Constitution of India is designed to keeping in mind the all historical socio – religious political circumstances of the country.
