- The candidate should possess the following qualification for Junior Engineer post.
- Three years Diploma in Civil Engineering/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Manufacturing/ Mechatronics/ Industrial/ Machining/ Instrumentation & Control/ Tools & Machining/ Tools & Die Making/ Automobile/ Production Engineering.
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering of three years’ duration.
- A combination of any sub stream of basic streams of Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.

- Initially, Go through the Railways RRB Official website – www.indianrailways.gov.in
- Search for Recruitment option and Click on that.
- Select the required RRB Board region. (Example: You are a person in Ahmedabad region then choose the RRB Ahmedabad from the list of 21 RRB Regions).
- Online RRB Application form displayed.
- Complete the 4 Stages of Railways JE Online application.
- New registration is the First Stage.
- Candidate Login is the Second stage.
- RRB Application fee Payment online is the Third stage.
- Upload scanned copies of photograph & Community Certificate for SC & ST is the last step i.e., Fourth stage.
