Celebrating teacher day at school is one of the finest memories from the school days. with no doubt, we can say everyone will agree with it. beginning with prepare to surprise our teachers with all the decorations along with elaborate plays, essay and speech is an event that leaves a mark in the memory. Teachers days is the day celebrates to honour to the teacher. It’s celebrated on 5th of September in the memory of Dr.SarvepalliĀ  RadhaKrishnan.

The idea of celebrating teacher’s days take roots in many countries during the 19th century, in most cases, they celebrate a local educator or an important milestone in education.

This is the primary reason why countries celebrate this day on different dates, unlike many other International Days. For example, Domingo Faustino Sarmiento’s death on 11th September since 1915. while in India Guru Poornima is traditionally observed as a day to venerate teachers, the birthday of the second’s president Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan [ 5 September ] is also celebrated as Teacher’s days 1962.

Many countries celebrate World Teachers Day, established by UNESCO in 1994, on 5 October as their Teachers days. World Teachers Days is also known as International Teachers Days, is an international day held annually on October 5. Established in 1994, it commemorates the signing of the 1966 UNESCO/ILO Recommendations Concerning the Status of Teachers, which is a Standard setting instrument that addresses the status and situation of teachers around the world.

This recommendation outlines standard relating to educational personnel policy, recruitment and initial training as well as continues education of teachers, their employment, and working conditions.

World teachers day aims to focus on “appreciating, assessing and improving the educators of the world ” and to provide the opportunity to consider issues related to teachers and teaching. Teachers are building blocks for our lives. They act as a second mother to all students. on this August occasion, on behalf of all the students, I would like to thank you, teachers,Ā  for moulding us into worthy people to face the world body.

Teachers Days is celebrated in commemoration of the great leader Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan. He was the president of India in the tenure between 1962 to 1967. He was a scholar and a firm believer of an education such that is birth anniversary came to celebrate as teachers days.

As a student, we have been sometimes tough to handle. But your individual’s attention was helped us learn from our mistakes and grow. I take the opportunity to mention on teachers day, how much all of you mean to us. I take this stage to confess that we may all not be in your good books. But this the best day for all of us how to express how much we love you as students. Thank you, teachers, for being with us we grow. we will make u proud in the year to come!

Teachers are also guides who play an important role in transforming a student into a responsible citizen. They also serve selflessly and help us to reach our aim in all terms. Their contribution is not only limited to school but it extends to society and country. Thus, after parents, teachers should receive due respect. Teachers day is celebrated as special events in school and colleges in different ways. students will be looking forward to making the event by offering the gifts and flowers and greetings cards to their teachers. cultural programme more fun-filled and colourful.

The D-day provide the student with the wonderful opportunity to be grateful to their teachers in appreciation of their work.
